For stabilizing slopes and providing a confinement layer during the installation of the Rawmat^® HDB range of membranes. 

Rawell's Rawcell cellular confinement system provides a robust reinforcement of backfill required over the Rawmat^® HDB membrane especially on Tank Farm bunds and embankments. The Rawcell is secured to the Rawgrid geogrid to prevent the need for pins to hold the Rawcell in position, the pockets when filled hold the soil or stone infill over the Rawmat^® HDB membrane providing the protection layer to the system. The Rawcell allows backfill to be retained over the Rawmat^® HDB on very steep slopes when room on a site is at a premium.

Rawcell is supplied with both solid and perforated walls which optimise the balance of mechanical and hydraulic properties.
