Rawell Environmental supply a range of products to provide solutions for the secondary containment of chemicals and hydrocarbons. Whilst the tank is always the primary containment regulations state that secondary containment is required in the form of a barrier to the passage of any leaks or spills which can restrain flow through the ground. This barrier can be in the form of concrete walls and floors but often these walls and floors are constructed from compacted earth. Where the compacted earth does not meet the required permeability the Rawmat^® HDB system can be applied to provide the required level of containment.
